My name is Rachel Trott. I am a clinically licensed social worker (LCSW) providing one-on-one teletherapy for teens and adults living in California.
Everyone deserves the time and space to lay down their worries, their fears, their past, their pain—and especially their hopes for the future and the change they want to see in their lives. My job is to provide that time and space to my clients.
